Paul first met my father a number of years ago when he was working in the area, and my father was impressed enough with him that he decided to contact Paul when he needed to sell his Villa. For us as a family, it was a challenging time, and Paul was both professional and honest in his approach and in the way he worked with all of us. He did not pressure us, and at all times, just gave us clear information to help our decision making. He wasn't thrown by the complications of having to deal with the whole family, (two parents, two daughters and a son-in-law) and he was so respectful and compassionate in the way he engaged directly with my cognitively declining mother.
