- Collect a bond and lodge it with the Renting Services Branch of the Office of Fair Trading
- Organise repairs and maintenance according to your instructions. For major repairs we will obtain quotes for you and get your permission before the work is carried out.
- Provide you with computerised rent statements for your accounting records.
- When the property becomes vacant, ensure it is left in good order before signing the bond release. We then re-let to the owners specific request.
- The above services are available to property owners for a fee of 8% plus GST.
